Metshield Roof Panels are a range of metal roofing systems designed for industrial, commercial and warehouse buildings. Available as built-up, overclad and composite panel solutions, the range can be specified for both new build and refurbishment projects, offering durable weather protection and thermal performance.
The Metshield range includes built-up, overclad and composite roofing systems, enabling the roof construction to be tailored to project-specific performance requirements. Composite systems incorporate either PIR or mineral wool insulation cores, whilst built-up and overclad systems utilise spacer bar assemblies and quilt insulation within the roof build-up. Suitable for roof pitches down to 5°, the systems can be configured to satisfy thermal, acoustic and structural performance requirements, providing a robust metal roofing solution for a wide range of building types.
Metshield Roof Panels are available with Granite® HDX and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® coated steel finishes. These coating systems offer long-term durability and colour stability, with guarantees of up to 30 years and Confidex® cover of up to 40 years, subject to specification and project location.
Alumasc provides a comprehensive range of single-source warranties for the Metshield range, offering coverage for up to 25 years. Installed exclusively by Registered Contractors and underpinned by our extensive project support service, these warranties cover product, workmanship, and design.
