Hydrotech MM6125 is a one-part, 100% solids, liquid applied thermoplastic waterproofing membrane designed to deliver a robust and reliable monolithic finish with no seams or joints. Polymer modified, and formulated with 30% recycled content, it supports sustainable construction objectives while offering certified dynamic crack-bridging capabilities to accommodate structural movement throughout the building’s life cycle. Its versatility allows it to be incorporated into zero and absolute zero falls designs and makes it well suited to projects requiring phased construction. With a proven track record of long-term durability, Hydrotech MM6125 contributes to an extended service life of the roof system.
