Alumasc offers a comprehensive range of single point warranties, covering product, workmanship and design for up to 40 years.
Our warranties are supported by certificated waterproofing systems, installed by a nationwide network of carefully selected Alumasc Registered Contractors, and backed by a structured programme of site inspections and sign off by our dedicated Site Technician team.
Our warranties are backed by public and product liability insurance, alongside Professional Indemnity cover.
Warranties are available for waterproofing projects installed by Alumasc Registered Contractors, in line with the relevant product specification, codes of practice, and Alumasc installation instructions in place at the time of application. All warranties are also subject to documented routine maintenance in accordance with BS6229.
Optional third party insurance backed warranties are available, providing cover against latent product defects. These are arranged through FCA regulated insurance brokers and are subject to independent final inspection, verified compliance with an agreed maintenance schedule, and pre-payment of the relevant premium.
