Derbigum Olivine is a COâ‚‚ neutralising roofing membrane comprising APP/TPO polymer modified bitumen, composite reinforcement, and a natural olivine granule finish. Derbigum has a proven track record dating back to 1967 and is backed by the highest levels of certification and testing. Designed for use as a torch-applied cap sheet within traditional built-up roofing systems.

Derbigum Olivine is a flat roofing membrane comprising APP/TPO polymer modified bitumen, composite reinforcement, and natural olivine granule surfacing, which has an opaque olive-green appearance. When rainwater comes into contact with olivine, an irreversible chemical reaction occurs whereby COâ‚‚ is permanently neutralised. This reaction produces a residue of sand and magnesium carbonate, two substances that are harmless to the environment. One square metre of Derbigum Olivine will neutralise approximately 1.75kg of COâ‚‚. With a proven performance history, Derbigum Olivine offers excellent resistance to puncture and UV degradation and is engineered to deliver long-term reliability, with a service life in excess of 50 years. It is ideal for use as a cap sheet in traditional built-up roofing systems for both new build and refurbishment projects.
