During the redevelopment of thecentre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes Alumasc supplied Derbigum Olivine, a pioneering new flat roofing system with unique environmental benefits. This is an ecological roofing solution that is sourced using natural elements. the Olivine membrane neutralises CO² during rainfall as it reacts with the CO² already present in the atmosphere, this neutralises an impressive 1,750kg of CO² over the roof's lifetime therefore providing a positive impact towards climate change. Alumasc's registered contractor M&J Roofing installed over 1000m² of the Derbigum Olivine membrane.
